After you pay

  1. Complete your payment on Razorpay’s secure page. Razorpay shows and emails you a payment ID that starts with pay_.
  2. Message us on WhatsApp with that payment ID and the consultation you chose. Please don’t share card or bank details.
  3. We verify your payment manually in Razorpay, then confirm your consultation time with you on WhatsApp.

Payment still pending, or haven’t heard from us? Message us on WhatsApp with your payment ID. Please don’t pay again while a payment is pending.

Payment, privacy & cancellation terms
  • Payments: Payments are processed securely by Razorpay on its own hosted page. NabhaSutra never sees or stores your card, UPI or bank details.
  • Your privacy: This website does not store your details. Razorpay collects the information needed for payment. You choose what to share with us on WhatsApp, and we use it only to arrange your consultation.
  • Confirmation: We verify every payment manually in Razorpay before confirming your consultation. Returning to this website does not confirm a booking.
  • Cancellation & refunds: To cancel or reschedule, message us on WhatsApp before your consultation time is confirmed. Refund requests are reviewed individually; approved refunds are returned through Razorpay to the original payment method.
  • Consultations: Astrology consultations offer reflective perspectives and are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial or psychological advice.
